Peacefully following a short illness bravely borne on The Kirkwood Hospice Ward at The Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on 29th June 2013, Andy aged 60 years of Birkenshaw.
Peacefully following a short illness bravely borne on The Kirkwood Hospice Ward at The Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on 29th June 2013, Andy aged 60 years of Birkenshaw. The Much loved son of Mary and the late Jeffery, dear husband to Elaine, cherished brother of Bev, Loving dad to Dan and Sammy, devoted grandad to Brittany, Tia, Libby, Lycia and Oscar and god-father to Madeline. a dear father in law, uncle, cousin and good friend to many. Family and friends wishing to attend Andy's funeral were invited to meet at Gomersal Methodist Church, Lathen lane on Tuesday 9th july 2013 at 12;15pm for a service of celebration, followed by cremation at Dewsbury Moor. Your going to be missed Grundy undy. I'm so upset that you had to leave so soon. I will.miss you so much. Your funeral will be the hardest day of my life. In going to write you a lovely letter to take to heaven with you. I hope you continue drawing and painting abd fishing in heaven and show everyone how good you are. Stay safe Grundy undy. Andy last time we spoke was in the co op gomersal before that I cant be sure, the thing I can be sure of is the many many times we had when we were younger so many memories all good,life is so unfair ! Thankyou for all the good times Andy !!

Andy I just don't know what to say ,apart from you was one hell of a guy and you WILL BE MISSED, all the good times we had in Bradford , regular nights out with the boys, rest in peace m8 god bless ya ......thinking of you allways
